I’m Alex.

My mission: create a more compassionate world

I began my coaching career at Apple, where I was a market trainer for retail employees in the Los Angeles area before becoming a corporate trainer at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, CA. There I trained, coached, and mentored employees from across North America in both English and Spanish.

I continued building on that experience at Compass, a national technology-forward real estate brokerage, where I trained real estate agents for nearly half a decade. I also coached, mentored, and managed a highly skilled customer service team within the firm.

After Compass, I focused exclusively on coaching and launched my independent practice. Since then I have had the privilege of working with leaders and teams at some of the world's most recognizable organizations — including Google, LinkedIn, Twitch, Reddit, Airbnb, UC Berkeley, and Louis Vuitton — bringing the same people-first approach to every room I walk into.

I am a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), awarded by the Co-Active Training Institute — widely recognized as the most rigorous coach training program in the industry. I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), having demonstrated advanced knowledge of the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

I am also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, bringing hands-on experiential methods to teams navigating complex conversations around strategy, culture, and change. This approach now informs my work on human-centered AI integration — helping organizations close the gap between technology deployment and real-world adoption by putting people at the center of the process.

Coaching comes naturally to me. I stand strongly in values of compassion, adventure, curiosity, and expansiveness.

When I am not coaching, you can find me cycling the streets of Los Angeles, camping, reading, or having a quiet night at home with my husband.
