How it works
Every organizational engagement follows a simple three-step process, designed to make sure we get it right before we get started.
We start with a conversation. You share what is happening in your organization, what you have already tried, and what success looks like. I listen, ask questions, and get a clear picture of what your team actually needs.
Based on our conversation, I put together a custom engagement proposal. This includes the recommended approach, timeline, format, and what outcomes you can expect. No templates, no packages. Everything is built around your context.
Once we are aligned, we get to work. Engagements can include workshops, facilitated sessions, ongoing team coaching, or a combination. Progress is tracked and we check in regularly to ensure the engagement is delivering.
