Complexity into clarity.
Clarity into action.
That is what I do.
For the individual ready to leap, the leader ready to grow, and the organization ready to change — this is where it starts.
What my clients are saying
"His coaching style is supportive, positive, kind and productive. Having Alex in my corner is helping me clarify my professional goals, which gives me a newfound confidence I have been missing."
Rachel C.
Coaching client
"Alex has been by far the best coach I have had throughout my professional career. He has a unique gift of relating to each individual on a personal level, which helped tremendously with opening up, being vulnerable, and applying myself to the program."
Tearrance J.
Louis Vuitton
"Leads with empathy, judgement free zone, and makes you feel that he really believes in my ability and overall growth. Alex is a star!"
Priscilla S.
Louis Vuitton
"Alex was very knowledgeable yet humble, and made us trust in him as a trainer. Great energy, humor, vulnerability, and inflection. It would be a shame if Alex never continued his role as a coach, trainer, and teacher."
Nick E.

"Alex is observant and insightful. Without directly leading, he helps guide you into the areas that will provide you with the most impact."
Amber J.
Louis Vuitton
"Alex helped guide me through my search during a very difficult time. His methods and approach are personal with a focus on overall well being. As a genuinely good person and amazing coach, he is truly an outstanding guide."

Compass
I'm Alex.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) based in Los Angeles. I began my coaching career at Apple, where I trained and mentored employees across North America. I went on to coach and train at Compass, a national real estate brokerage, before starting my independent coaching practice. I am also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and work with organizations on human-centered AI integration.
I stand strongly in values of compassion, adventure, curiosity, and expansiveness. When I am not coaching, you can find me cycling the streets of Los Angeles, camping, or reading.
An important distinction: therapy vs. coaching
A therapist and a coach strive for the same outcome — to support progress and improvement in the life of the client. Therapists can be qualified and licensed to deal with conditions of mental or personality disorders, as well as work with individuals who suffer debilitating consequences of trauma-related stress. I am not qualified to do this type of work and therefore coach people only within their window of tolerance, where they are able to self-regulate and engage fully with the coaching process.
