Over a decade of helping people grow.
Six years at Apple took me from the sales floor and Genius Bar to training and coaching teams across North America from Cupertino HQ. At Compass I grew a team of four into thirty-plus and led them from startup through IPO.
Since 2022 I've run my own practice, coaching leaders at companies like Google, LinkedIn, and Louis Vuitton, as well as small businesses. I grew up between Chile and the US with a Peruvian mother and Chilean father, so I coach naturally across languages and cultures.
