I'm Alex.

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) based in Los Angeles. I began my coaching career at Apple, where I trained and mentored employees across North America. I went on to coach and train at Compass, a national real estate brokerage, before starting my independent coaching practice. I am also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and work with organizations on human-centered AI integration.

I stand strongly in values of compassion, adventure, curiosity, and expansiveness. When I am not coaching, you can find me cycling the streets of Los Angeles, camping, or reading.
